The Crace Community Assocaition was reborn earlier this year with a bang at Parties at the Shops in March. Thanks to many volunteers and contributors, the day was a great success, seeing hundreds of people visit and enjoy the stalls, activities, giveaways and general community atmosphere.
Since then, we raised over $750 for Cancer Council at Crace’s Biggest Morning Tea, held several Landcare working bees, and recently held our first trivia night to a sold out crowd.
We have now officially incorporated as an association and meet regularly to discuss Crace and our community. We are always interested in adding more people to our mailing lists for active members, casual volunteers, and others just wanting to be kept in the loop.
Looking forwards we have plans for a few more working bees and events leading up to December. Many of you will have noticed that for the first time since Crace began development, there was no Christmas event last year, and we aim to change that this year.
If you want to know more, contact us via email, Facebook, or come along to one of our regular meetings.
