Yoga Mums Fitness (@yogamumsfitness) is a home based studio in Crace that specialises in Pregnancy and Mums&Bubs Yoga. Join Sharn as she guides you through a yoga journey before your baby is born, and then afterwards to help you bounce back into shape.
During your pregnancy, join Yoga Mums Fitness for a gentle and safe yoga practice that will help you gain stability, strength and flexibility. Classes will also include time for relaxation and breathing as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
After your baby is born, Mums and Bubs yoga is a great way to regain your strength. Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (or when given the all-clear from your doctor). Yoga Mums Fitness will allow you to enjoy some yoga with your baby, tone up, rebuild core strength (abs and pelvic floor), release tension from back, neck and shoulders and enjoy some relaxation. This is a Mums and Bubs class so your baby can enjoy some yoga too.
This home-based studio, is only a 5 minute walk from from Crace shops, a great way to meet other Mums and do some yoga.

All classes run during the ACT school terms and break during school holidays.

Pregnancy yoga – Saturday 9 to 10 am
Mums and Bubs (from 6 weeks to crawling) – Tuesday 10.30 to 11.30 am & Friday 12.30 to 1.30 pm
Mums and Moving Bubs (crawling to 2 years old) – Friday 11 am to 12 pm
$180 for the 10 week term
$20 per class for a casual visit
