Yoga Mums Fitness Term 2 bookings are now open! Yoga Mums Fitness offers a range of pre and postnatal yoga classes to help you feel as comfortable as possible during your pregnancy, and help you regain core strength after having a baby.

Join Yoga Mums Fitness with a friend and pay only $160 each for 10 weeks of yoga! One of you must be a new client to take advantage of this special.

Term 2 runs from 30 April to 7 July 2018 and we have a range of classes for Mums and Mums to be right here in Crace!
• Pregnancy Yoga on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00am
• Gentle Yoga Flow on Saturday afternoons for Mums only (‘pure me time’) from 3:30 to 4:30pm
• Mums and Bubs Yoga (6 weeks to crawling) on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12:30 to 1:30pm
• Mums and Moving Bubs (crawling to 2 years old) on Fridays from 11:00am to 12:00pm
• Pregnancy and Moving Bubs (3 years and under) on Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30am
